Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Assist VP Operations & Strategic Projects in day-to-day operational and strategic activities
Support new product development (NPD) initiatives from concept to implementation
Coordinate and support new machine installation and commissioning
Handle customer complaints and support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Assist in preventive maintenance planning and execution
Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement projects
Ensure adherence to GMP guidelines and quality standards
Support production floor activities, including monitoring processes and improving efficiency
Assist in skill and capability development of shop-floor personnel
Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis for management review

Preferred Candidate Profile

1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial operations
Basic understanding of GMP and quality systems
Exposure to production floor operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to work on cross-functional projects
Hands-on attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Experience in regulated manufacturing environments
Exposure to automation, machinery, or process engineering
Structured approach to documentation and reporting
