Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote job openings and enhance the visibility of the job portal. Manage and optimize job postings on various job portals and social media platforms. Analyze market trends and job seeker behavior to improve job marketing efforts. Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and target the right audience. Create engaging content for job advertisements and social media campaigns. Monitor and report on the performance of job postings and marketing campaigns. Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. Familiarity with job portals and recruitment processes in India. Proficiency in using social media platforms for marketing purposes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
