Role & Responsibilities

• Generate leads via cold calling, email outreach, and other channels.
• Reach out to prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
• Present and demonstrate products/services to potential customers.
• Support the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions, sales pipeline data, and follow-up details.
• Assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions to build your sales skills.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office — Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Proactiveness, eagerness to learn, and resilience.
• (Optional) Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
