Role : Sales & Marketing in the international market, lead generation, client interaction, proposal writing, branding, and promotion. Involvement in various day-to-day tasks related to sales and marketing activities. Excellent customer service attitude and the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner. Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Skills Excellent customer service and sales skills. Strong verbal and written communicator. Excellent phone and presentation skills. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
