Job Summary:

A

Manager for our Luxury Senior Care Homes in Gurugram ,Chennai & Bangalore. The role focuses on lead generation through cold calling, engaging high-profile clients, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience with VIP customers, and a successful track record in business development or inside sales, particularly through cold calling.

Location : Santhome & OMR

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation: Conduct cold calling to identify, engage, and qualify potential leads for Antara's Luxury Senior Care Homes in Bangalore.
  2. Targeted Outreach: Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients and VIP customers, providing them with personalized information and guidance on our senior care offerings.
  3. Pipeline Management: Manage and nurture a sales pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
  4. Customer Engagement: Conduct needs assessments, answer inquiries, and provide in-depth knowledge of Antara's services to potential clients.
  5. Sales Follow-Up: Conduct regular follow-ups on leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to ensure a high conversion rate.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  7. Reporting & Analysis:Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and leads in CRM tools; track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
  8. Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure a high level of client satisfaction through excellent communication, professionalism, and empathy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5-8 years of experience in Digital Sales or Business Development, preferably in Healthcare, Hospitality, Airlines, Real Estate, or Education sectors.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, especially with high-profile and VIP clients.
  • Experience in Target based sales management Revenue generation
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.Role & responsibilities
