Role & responsibilities :- The incumbent will be responsible for managing the microfinance business for upto 20 branches in Bihar & UP East region. Key responsibilities would comprise setting up the Region from scratch by formulating and executing the overall business plan, recruiting and training the business team, delivering the required business, productivity, collections and profitability targets. The Regional Manager shall have direct responsibility to ensure that overall portfolio quality is maintained at the highest level by ensuring adherence to policies and processes.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage regional operations, including team handling, sales, and business development. Oversee cluster management, zonal sales, and area sales to achieve targets.
