C1 and up Job description IBM seeks an individual with advanced knowledge of Linux based systems, and Microsoft based systems for maintaining internal servers. A seasoned systems administrator with a wide range of skills is preferred. Responsibilities will include monitoring and maintaining JIRA, PostgreSQL, AD, DNS and DHCP environments, uptime and other regular administration tasks. Additional responsibilities for this role will include log management and an on-call rotation among others. Teamwork is a key requirement to success in this position. JIRA Datacenter Edition administration and core functionality PostgreSQL database administration and core functionality Windows Server 2016 replacement with Window Server 2022 Active Directory domain administration and core AD functionality (replication, sites/services, DNS, etc.). Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM) Work with advanced basic networking/distributed computing environment concepts, advanced basic routing concepts, TCP/IP and system security. Write administrative scripts (PowerShell). Perform advanced Atlassian Microsoft systems administrationTroubleshooting, break/fix scenarios, maintaining backups, monitoring, OS installation and configuration, etc. Desired Skills and Experience 3-7 years hands-on technical experience with Atlassian JIRA 3-7 years hands-on technical experience with PostgreSQL 3-7 years hands-on technical experience with Windows Server Advanced working knowledge of networking and security best practices Advanced troubleshooting skills Intermediate scripting skills Must be knowledgeable and skilled in the following areasJIRA Application Front-End and Back-End in a multi-tiered environment, PowerShell scripting/Automation experience (all versions), Microsoft SCCM, IAM Management Two Factor Administration Quick learner and prioritization skills Thorough with a strong ability to pay close attention to details Excellent written and verbal communications skills Preferred Skills Atlassian JIRA Services Certificate Services Database management PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Named Job Posting?
