Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Jira Admin with 5-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Jira administration, configuration, and optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain Jira instances, including user management, workflow configuration, and data analysis.
Develop and implement advanced workflows using Jira's scripting language, including Script Runner and JSU.
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business intelligence and decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Jira implementation and migration.
Optimize Jira performance, scalability, and security to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Jira administration, configuration, and optimization techniques.
Experience with Jira Portfolio Configuration and Optimization is highly desirable.
Proficiency in JQL, Dashboards, SIL Scripting, and Advanced Workflows configuration.
Ability to work effectively in both Sprint and Waterfall environments.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with several configuration plugins and managing users and groups.
