This role focuses on driving sales through exceptional service and personalized assistance, helping clients select jewelry pieces that align with their needs and preferences. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers upon arrival to the showroom. Understand customer preferences to suggest appropriate jewelry options. Share detailed product knowledge, including features, materials, and care instructions. Complete sales transactions accurately, including handling payments and issuing receipts. Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and trust. Maintain a tidy and well-presented showroom. Stay updated on current jewelry trends, collections, and pricing. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Support marketing initiatives and participate in promotional campaigns. Requirements: Prior experience in a sales role; jewelry industry experience is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of jewelry products and market trends. Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills. Positive attitude with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
