This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 250000 - Rs 350000 (ie INR 2.5-3.5 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Jewelry Sales Executive to join a vibrant retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through exceptional service and personalized guidance, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable showroom experience while selecting the perfect jewelry pieces. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom. Understand individual customer preferences to suggest appropriate jewelry selections. Provide detailed information about product features, materials, pricing, and care. Handle sales transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Build lasting customer relationships based on trust and service excellence. Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing. Stay updated on current jewelry trends, collections, and industry insights. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Work closely with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns. Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales; experience in the jewelry industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. A customer-first attitude with a proactive and helpful approach. Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
