As a Customer Service Representative in the jewellery industry, your role involves responding to consumer inquiries promptly and professionally through various communication channels. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, and customer service policies. You will be responsible for documenting customer interactions, preparing reports, and sharing information with relevant stakeholders when necessary.
