Role Overview: You will be part of the design team at Sant Ram's, a luxury fine jewelry brand known for its timeless elegance and unique designs. As a Jewelry Designer, you will be responsible for creating exquisite and high-quality pieces that blend tradition with contemporary trends. Your role will involve designing fine jewelry collections, sketching designs, collaborating with the production team, sourcing materials, and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: - Design fine jewelry collections, including rings, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, and custom pieces. - Conceptualize and sketch designs by hand. - Collaborate with the production team to ensure the feasibility of designs. - Source and select materials in line with the design vision. - Stay updated on current jewelry trends, materials, and techniques. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision for custom jewelry. - Oversee the production process to maintain quality standards. - Assist in creating prototypes and ensure designs meet high craftsmanship standards. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or certification in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. - Strong portfolio showcasing fine jewelry designs. - Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and fine jewelry craftsmanship. - Excellent creativity and an eye for detail. - Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills and ability to understand customer preferences. - Experience in custom jewelry design is a plus.,
