Position: Jewelry Designer (Gender-Neutral Collections)
Location: Katargam, Surat (Onsite)
Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000/month
Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday Off

ABOUT PRIDEAUX

Prideaux designs gender-neutral statement jewelry for achievers who refuse traditional limits. We create pieces that celebrate success, confidence, and authenticity—beyond gender, beyond categories, beyond judgment.

THE ROLE

Design 3-4 signature collections quarterly (40+ pieces each). Create bold, minimal, timeless pieces that work across all genders and presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop gender-neutral jewelry collections
• Collaborate with master artisans (₹1,100/gram quality)
• Test designs with HNW professionals
• Ensure designs are timeless, not trendy
• Work within cost targets (₹10K-₹100K+ retail)

WHO WE NEED

5+ years jewelry design experience

Portfolio showing original, non-traditional work
Belief that jewelry transcends gender
Ability to design with storytelling in mind
Comfortable with artisan collaboration
Customer-focused, open to feedback

Month 3: 2-3 complete collections, customer-validated
Month 6: 4-6 collections with proven best-sellers
