The ideal candidate should possess 2-3+ years of experience in jewelry designing, with a preference for experience in Jaipur houses. Proficiency in CorelDRAW along with strong manual sketching skills is required for this role. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of silver Jadau production techniques and finishes. Collaboration skills are crucial as you will be working closely with the production team, including CAD designers and artisans. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the USA-based export market and gemstone jewelry trends to create designs that resonate with the target audience. Utilize Corel Draw and other design software to create intricate and visually appealing jewelry designs. Proficiency in manual sketching techniques, including 3D and perspective views. Oversee production processes and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines. Demonstrate expertise in diamond jewelry design principles and techniques. Understand costing principles to create competitive and profitable event offerings. Exhibit strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey design concepts and ideas. Capable of delivering compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design or a relevant field. Minimum 4 years of experience as a jewelry designer. Proficiency in Corel Draw and other design software. Strong manual sketching abilities with 3D and perspective views. Knowledge of USA-based export and gemstone jewelry trends. Experience in managing production processes and follow-ups.
