As a full-time Jewellery Consultant at Novel Jewels, your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, delivering exceptional customer service, and offering expertise on jewellery design and fashion trends. You will also be involved in polishing jewellery items and training new team members on sales techniques and best practices.
