Job Title: B2B Jewellery Sales Executive / Salesman

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced B2B Jewellery Salesman to handle wholesale jewellery sales, build strong business relationships with retailers and distributors, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have in-depth product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a strong network in the jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with retail jewellers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Visit clients regularly to showcase new jewellery collections and take orders.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of product categories (Gold, Diamond, or Silver as applicable).
• Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely order delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Handle billing, receipts, and credit follow-ups with clients.
• Attend trade fairs and exhibitions to promote the brand and generate new leads.
• Prepare regular sales reports and customer feedback updates for management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum 12TH
• Experience: 5–10years in B2B jewellery sales or wholesale trading.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewellery types, purity, hallmarking, and pricing trends.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of billing software (Tally ERP, Jewels ERP, or similar).
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer relationship management.
• Presentable personality and product demonstration ability.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Preferred Experience:

• Prior experience in gold wholesale sales.
• Established client base of retail jewellers.
• Knowledge of regional markets and trade associations.

Compensation:

Attractive salary + Incentives + Travel Allowance (based on performance).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
