Role Overview: As a Node.js Developer at our company, you will be responsible for leading and delivering scalable Node.js-based projects from start to finish. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to design and review software components with a quality-first mindset. Additionally, you will mentor junior engineers, participate in interviews, and contribute to technical decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Lead or manage engineering teams to deliver scalable Node.js-based projects - Architect, design, and review software components with a quality-first mindset - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to shape features - Mentor junior engineers and help scale the engineering culture - Participate in interviews and talent growth initiatives - Contribute to technical decision-making and continuous improvements - Ensure smooth deployment and system reliability through CI/CD practices - Guide migration of legacy systems to modern stacks - Utilize strong understanding of OOP, SOA, and design patterns - Apply expert knowledge of Node.js and backend architecture - Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum/Kanban - Implement hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools like Git - Debug, profile, and optimize code for performance Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of hands-on software development experience - Proven experience in leading or managing engineering teams - Strong understanding of OOP, SOA, and design patterns - Expert knowledge of Node.js and backend architecture - Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g., Git) - Ability to debug, profile, and optimize code for performance - Proactive, self-motivated, and thrives in collaborative environments - Strong communication and leadership capabilities,
