Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled JavaScript Backend Developer with over 5 years of experience in building scalable web applications, RESTful APIs, and working with databases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server-side development using JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Node.js), and be well-versed in designing and implementing APIs, data storage solutions, and backend architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance backend components using JavaScript (Node.js or similar frameworks).
• Design and implement scalable RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Design database schemas, write optimized queries, and ensure data integrity.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development using JavaScript (Node.js preferred).
• Strong experience in RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
• Familiarity with server-side architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Working knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
