Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Conduct interactive training sessions on
Core and Advanced Java
/
Python
(depending on expertise).
Teach programming concepts, OOPs, data structures, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Flask, etc.).
Develop course materials, assignments, and projects aligned with industry standards.
Provide hands-on coding guidance and troubleshoot learners' issues in real time.
Prepare and assess quizzes, coding challenges, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and best practices in software development.
Support students in interview preparation, project completion, and certification readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in
Java
and/or
Python
, with practical coding experience.
Solid understanding of OOPs, data structures, algorithms, database concepts, and APIs.
Experience with frameworks/libraries such as
Spring Boot
,
Django
, or
Flask
is preferred.
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or conducting training sessions (preferred but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for teaching and helping learners grow.
