Role & responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive branch sales performance to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the branch's market presence. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to grow market share. Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor the branch sales team. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to achieve sales goals. Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and motivational sessions. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally. Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Manage budgets, sales reports, and forecasting. Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Market Analysis & Strategy: Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
