Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and student-focused Class Coordinator for our K12 department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless coordination of classes between tutors, students, and parents, ensuring smooth academic delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily online classes and academic schedules across different time zones.
• Act as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and tutors.
• Monitor attendance, class delivery, and academic progress of students.
• Schedule demo classes and track conversion outcomes in coordination with the sales and academic team.
• Ensure timely communication of class links, updates, and reminders to all stakeholders.
• Work closely with academic heads to assign suitable tutors and maintain batch stability.
• Address and resolve parent/student concerns or escalate to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain and update internal trackers and reports for class management and student performance.
• Support in onboarding new students and orienting them to the learning platform.
• Ensure quality assurance in terms of tutor performance and class delivery standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Education / Administration / any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in academic coordination or education operations (K12 experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Zoom, Google Meet, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage.
