Java Technical Lead

You are being hired as an experienced Java Lead (9-12 years) to drive technical solutions, lead development teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable applications. Your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Lead the full software development lifecycle using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Provide technical mentorship, guide team members, and review code. - Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. - Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams. - Resolve complex technical issues and enhance system performance. - Uphold best practices, clean architecture, and coding standards. To excel in this role, you should possess the following technical skills: - 9-12 years of strong hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+). - Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate/JPA. - Strong experience in Microservices architecture and REST APIs. - Solid understanding of design patterns and system architecture. - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes (good to have). - Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP is an added advantage. - Proven experience in leading teams, managing deliverables, and driving technical direction. Additionally, you are expected to possess the following soft skills: - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to lead discussions, delegate tasks, and make quick technical decisions. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
