We are seeking a talented Java Technical Lead with Senior level experience to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time position located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in Java programming and a strong background in team leadership and software architecture design.

Qualifications And Skills. 7 to 10 years of experience in Java programming. Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers. Proven expertise in software architecture design. Excellent problem-solving skills. Demonstrated project management skills. Experience conducting code reviews. Proficiency in technical documentation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on experience in Angular, Node JS. Hands-on experience in MySQL or relevant skills. Hands-on experience in Java. Design patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms. Full stack development experience. Analytical thinking Problem solving and decision-making skills. Leadership and communication skills. Roles And Responsibilities. Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions in Java. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software development. Managing technical aspects of SaaS software development flow.

Plan, design, lead, and execute technical solutions and improvements.
