Java Team Lead

As a Java Development Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the software development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of Java developers through all phases of the software development lifecycle. - Designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, QA, and DevOps to deliver quality software solutions. - Ensuring best practices in coding standards, architecture, and performance optimization. - Participating in system design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture planning. - Providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support to team members. - Working on deployment and integration with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: - 10+ years of overall experience in Java backend development. - Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Experience with RESTful APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and relational databases. - Exposure to any major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - Proven experience leading teams or projects successfully. - Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.,
