Java Team Lead

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies. You will collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development lifecycle from planning, coding, testing, deployment, to maintenance. Additionally, you will guide and mentor junior developers to enhance code quality, architecture, and performance. Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices will be part of your duties. You will troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, and stay updated with emerging technology trends to recommend tools and processes for continuous improvement. Taking ownership of delivery timelines and ensuring high-quality outcomes will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java technologies - Collaborate with various teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Oversee the development lifecycle including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance - Guide and mentor junior developers to enhance code quality, architecture, and performance - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner - Stay updated with emerging technology trends and recommend tools/processes for continuous improvement - Take ownership of delivery timelines and ensure high-quality outcomes Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Java and J2EE technologies including Jasper Framework - Strong understanding of object-oriented design and microservices architecture - Proficiency in frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc. - Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns - Good knowledge of both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases - Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and leadership skills to manage team interactions and client discussions,
