Java Team Lead

As an experienced Java Team Leader at our reputed banking client in Mumbai, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and work on cutting-edge banking applications. Your role will be crucial in contributing to mission-critical projects. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications. - Ensure best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery timelines. **Required Skills & Experience:** - Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices. - Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and SQL/PL-SQL. - Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an added advantage. - Prior experience leading a development team with excellent problem-solving skills. - Good knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
