Java Team Lead

Role Overview: You are being offered an excellent opportunity to join a reputed banking client in Mumbai as a Java Team Leader. In this role, you will lead a team of Java developers, work on advanced banking applications, and contribute to critical projects. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams to understand requirements and offer scalable solutions. - Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Java-based applications. - Ensure adherence to best coding practices, performance optimization, and security standards. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and support project delivery timelines. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices. - Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and SQL/PL-SQL. - Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP would be beneficial. - Previous experience leading a development team with strong problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
