Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Java Support Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshoot Java-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
Develop and implement solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
Conduct thorough analysis of issues and provide root cause analysis reports.
Work closely with the development team to identify and fix bugs.
Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its ecosystem.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with issue tracking tools and version control systems.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes.
