As a Java Support Engineer at Ushta Te Consultancy, your role will involve providing technical support for Java-based applications and systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients, collaborating with developers to understand application functionalities, and monitoring application performance to make improvements as needed. Additionally, you will assist in system integration, conduct software testing, maintain technical documentation, provide training to clients, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionalities. Your strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities will be crucial in implementing fixes for identified issues and managing support tickets effectively. Moreover, your familiarity with database management, AWS Cloud services like EC2, S3, Lambda, and software testing methodologies will be beneficial in ensuring smooth deployment of applications and optimizing system performance.
