Java Spark Developer

Role Overview: As an Applications Development Programmer Analyst at our company, you will play an essential role in contributing to the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in collaboration with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to assist in applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will utilize your knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements. Your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing issues, making recommendations, and implementing solutions. You will leverage your understanding of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex problems, analyze information, and make evaluative judgments to recommend solutions and improvements. You will also be involved in conducting testing and debugging, utilizing script tools, and writing basic code for design specifications. Developing a working knowledge of Citis information systems, procedures, standards, client-server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications will be a key aspect of this role.
