Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced

Java Solutions Architect

with strong technical expertise and proven team management skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise solutions in a cloud-native environment. This role requires a blend of hands-on coding, architectural leadership, and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, maintainable code using test-driven methodologies.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable backend solutions.
Monitor and maintain mission-critical applications, services, and systems.
Drive system upgrades, migrations, and deprecations in line with business goals.
Build and enhance functional features for transportation tech ecosystems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end products.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, performance, and security standards.

Requirements:

BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.

15+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years in architecture and large-scale distributed systems design.

Strong hands-on expertise in backend development with Java, Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, Spring 6.

Proficiency in REST APIs, messaging technologies (Kafka, SQS), caching systems (Redis).

Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases (Cassandra, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch).

Experience with CI/CD, software engineering tools, unit testing, and automation frameworks.

Hands-on expertise in AWS ecosystem and cloud-native development.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
