Role Overview

Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and deploy microservices-based architectures for enterprise applications.
• Implement event-driven architecture using Kafka (producers, consumers, streaming).
• Integrate applications with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices.
• Work on REST APIs, security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize system performance.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Java 8/11+
• Spring Framework: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data
• Experience in microservices architecture and design patterns
• Kafka: Producers, Consumers, Streams, Connectors
• Cloud technologies (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP is a plus)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and messaging systems
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
  

Good To Have

• Exposure to DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle)
• Experience in monitoring/logging (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus)
• Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD)
