Java Software Engineer

As a Java/J2EE Developer, your role involves developing and maintaining Java/J2EE based applications throughout the full software development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include: - Participating in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. - Designing and implementing web applications for high performance and scalability. - Utilizing Java Server Pages (JSP) and Servlets for web development. - Applying knowledge of MVC architecture and frameworks like Struts or Spring. - Demonstrating a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and MVC architecture. - Working with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS). - Applying a good understanding of Design Patterns and software architecture principles. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively. - Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. - Collaborating with team members in an Agile development environment. - Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders. - Working independently to complete assigned tasks. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-5 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE development. - Mandatory experience in web application development. - Good understanding of OOP concepts, MVC architecture, and RDBMS. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills. - Ability to work independently.
