Role Overview:

Full Stack Developers (Java + React)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop scalable backend services using
Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
Design and implement secure, RESTful APIs
Build intuitive and dynamic user interfaces using
React.js (Hooks, Redux)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
Integrate applications with cloud environments (AWS for applicable role)
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines
Maintain documentation and adhere to software development best practices

Technical Skills Required:

Backend:

Java (8/11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
RESTful API design and integration
Microservices architecture (nice to have)

Frontend:

React.js (Hooks, Redux, Functional Components)
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS
Component lifecycle and state management

Cloud (For AWS Role Only):

Hands-on experience with AWS services: EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.
Experience with cloud-based deployments and DevOps practices (nice to have)
