Job Description

We are looking for candidate with core java development experience with front end skills set understanding and also comfortable working in support with different time zones
Provide
L2/L3 production support
for Java-based applications and services.
Monitor application performance, logs, and alerts using tools like
Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana
, etc.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.
Perform
root cause analysis (RCA)
and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to address recurring issues.
Participate in release management, deployment validation, and post-deployment checks.
Create and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Support on-call rotation and respond to high-priority incidents.
Ensure compliance with SLAs and maintain system stability and uptime.
