Job Description

Production support - 1) Candidate must have 6+ years of Production support (L2/L3) experience and Java, Springboot etc,. Also, well versed with Incident/change/problem management and ITIL framework. 2) Must have good monitoring and troubleshooting skills and respond quickly to production issues 3) Must have excellent communication skills and would be required to work in hybrid workplace model & provide oncall support. 4) 4 years of production support exposure in Java, good understanding of react JS & spring boot, AWS. 5) Good to have experience with MongoDB (or General database understanding), Splunk, APM & ASM.
