Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical issues and implement fixes.
Monitor application logs, metrics, and alerts to identify potential problems before they impact users.
Develop scripts using Groovy scripting language to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-9 years of experience in providing production support for Java applications on Azure cloud platform.
Strong understanding of Java programming language and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring Boot).
Experience with troubleshooting techniques for complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana; ability to analyze log data from various sources (e.g., ELK stack).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; equivalent work experience accepted.
