Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Java + Node.js Developers to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, building scalable applications, and integrating services using both Java and Node.js technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Node.js.
• Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic to support web and mobile applications.
• Work on application performance, scalability, and security improvements.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, daily standups, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in backend technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Any graduate.
• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience in Node.js, Express.js, and asynchronous programming.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and Microservices Architecture.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL & NoSQL: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
