Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Java development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance team productivity.
Continuously evaluate and improve application performance, implementing best practices and new technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development.
Strong expertise in Java, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and Spring Boot framework.
Ability to lead and manage complex projects, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving skills.
Experience in integrating Java applications with cloud platforms and services.
Proven ability to work in agile environments, adapting to changes and driving innovation.
Familiarity with related technologies such as Hibernate, Maven, and RESTful services.
