Key Responsibilities

• Core Engineering
• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot,
  

and microservices architecture.

• Build scalable APIs, integrations, and data-driven platforms for enterprise
  

customers.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable code and follow best practices.
• AI-Enhanced Development
• Use Cursor or Windsurf for code generation, refactoring, automated
  

documentation, unit test creation, and debugging.

• Provide feedback on improving internal developer productivity using AI
  

tools.

• Performance & Reliability
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to platform stability.
• Optimize performance of APIs and backend services.
  

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• 3–6 years hands-on Java experience.
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with microservices and integration patterns.
• Understanding of Git, unit testing frameworks.
• Experience with any one cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
• Exposure to data engineering tools
• Practical experience using Cursor, Windsurf or similar tools.
  

Education

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering,
  

or a related technical field.
