Java Full Stack or MERN Stack Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java Full Stack or MERN Stack technologies.
• Design course content, assignments, and real-world project modules.
• Mentor and guide trainees on coding standards, development best practices, and placement preparation.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide regular feedback.
• Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and industry practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in

  Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Angular/React

  or

  MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)

  .
• Deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development.
• Prior experience as a

  Trainer / Faculty / Technical Mentor

  preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to

  relocate to Mysuru

  (company provides accommodation).
