Job Description

Your Role
As a Java + React JS Developer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance applications using modern backend and frontend technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions aligned with business goals and technical standards.
In this role you will play a key role in:

Designing and developing microservices and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot , and related frameworks.

Building responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React JS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .

Implementing event-driven architectures using Apache/Confluent Kafka .

Working with relational and NoSQL databases , ensuring efficient data modeling and performance.

Applying ORM tools like JPA and Hibernate for seamless data access.

Contributing to CI/CD pipelines , Git branching strategies, and agile development practices.

Deploying and managing applications on AWS Cloud , with exposure to Docker and Kubernetes .

Designing and implementing integration architectures and patterns for scalable systems.

React JS & Front-End Development

Proficiency in React JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.

Java & Spring Boot Microservices

Strong experience in Java stack technologies including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.

Database Design & ORM Tools

Expertise in JPA, Hibernate, and working with RDBMS/NoSQL databases.

Event-Driven Architecture

Hands-on experience with Kafka for building real-time, distributed systems.

Cloud & DevOps
