Java Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at WEN - Women Entrepreneur Network, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. You will collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. - Write clean, efficient, and testable code following coding standards and best practices. - Participate in end-to-end development from requirement analysis to deployment. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues across front-end and back-end layers. - Work in Agile/Scrum teams, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. - Mentor junior team members and support peer learning. Technical Skills: - Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, Hibernate/JPA. - Frontend: Angular 6+, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, RxJS. - Database: MySQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL. - Tools: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Postman. - Good to Have: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/Azure Cloud, CI/CD, Agile experience. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 6+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Java and Angular. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.,
