Job Description

We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to join the IT team of a critical financial infrastructure organization. The role involves contributing to a large-scale Trading Repository Technology Revamp program aimed at modernizing enterprise applications, improving scalability, maintainability, and time-to-market, while adopting contemporary technologies and microservices architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in full software development lifecycle: designing, coding, testing, debugging, automating deployment, and documentation.
Develop scalable and secure microservices using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and PL/SQL.
Work on frontend technologies such as Angular or React JS for user interfaces.
Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to define the target architecture and milestones for transformation initiatives.
Implement best practices in Agile development, continuous integration, and DevOps pipelines.
Engage in project initiation, proof of concepts (PoCs), and production rollout planning.
Support enterprise modernization initiatives to align systems with next-gen architecture.

Core Technical Competencies (Must Have):

Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework
REST API, PL/SQL
Angular or React JS
Microservices architecture
Kafka, MQ
Docker, Kubernetes
Git, Agile methodologies
SSO technologies

Additional Competencies (Nice to Have):

Exposure to Capital Markets or Treasury applications
Experience working with outsourced development teams
Understanding of enterprise architecture and workflow technologies

Strong communication and presentation skills
Team-oriented with multi-project management capability
Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
