Job Description

Key Responsibilities - Work on strategic green field and brown field projects in Post Trade Technology - Handle Business as Usual requests - Uplift SDLC processes and technologies to follow best practices - Troubleshoot production system support issues - Software maintenance and upgrades, including automation. Required: 3-5 years experience in software development with exposure to devops or platform engineering Experience with the following: - Git and CI/CD - Docker/Kubernetes - Java 11+ (21 advantageous) - Devops experience - SDLC best practices Nice to have: - Spring (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Web) - SQL (Postgres preferred) - Unix shell scripting - Angular - Messaging (JMS, Solace, Kafka) - Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Hybrid) - Application monitoring and observability - Financial Services background and knowledge of trade lifecycle is a plus Skills - Methodical and analytical thinker. - Strong attention to detail - Contribute ideas in a team structure - Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and processes - Strong communication skills.
