The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Software Development, with a strong background in Java programming. It is essential to have expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, along with prior experience in a product-based organization. Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Microservices, and ORM frameworks is required. You must have experience in designing and building scalable REST APIs and be adept in object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
