Java Developer - UPI/Banking Domain

About The Role

We are looking for skilled Java Developers with experience in UPI and banking domains to join our dynamic technology team.You will work on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices-based applications that power next-generation digital payment solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable backend services primarily using Java 8+ and Spring Boot framework.
• Design and implement microservices architectures for payment and UPI-based applications.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality APIs and
  

features.

• Integrate with third-party banking and payment gateways using UPI protocols.
• Build event-driven systems using Kafka for real-time data processing and messaging.
• Write efficient SQL queries and work with relational databases for transaction processing.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration to ensure software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues ensuring high availability and Skills & Experience :
• 4+ years of professional experience in Java development (Java 8 or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with UPI (Unified Payments Interface) integration and banking/payment domain is highly preferred.
• Expertise in API development and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Proficient in SQL and working with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
