About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Developer Trainer to join our team as a full-time, onsite instructor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and managing Java training programs for students, fresh graduates, or professionals seeking to upskill or transition into Java development roles.

This is a hands-on role requiring both deep technical expertise in Java and excellent teaching/presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules and course content on Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST APIs, Maven/Gradle, and related technologies.
• Deliver instructor-led classroom training sessions to students or professionals in a clear, engaging, and effective manner.
• Conduct hands-on coding labs, assignments, assessments, and projects to reinforce learning.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners throughout the training program.
• Continuously update training content based on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.
• Evaluate and monitor student progress, giving constructive feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Collaborate with curriculum designers, other trainers, and the management team to enhance the training delivery process.
• Prepare learners for technical interviews, coding assessments, and real-world software development challenges.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Java and related technologies to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Java SE, Java EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Exception Handling, Multithreading, and Data Structures.
• Proficiency with development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ, Git, Maven, JIRA, and Postman.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD tools is a plus.

Training/Teaching Skills:

• Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in Java development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging sessions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per year
