Job Description

Role- Java Developer (Micro Services)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in microservices architecture and hands-on knowledge of database technologies such as MongoDB or MySQL.
The ideal candidate will bring robust problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build scalable, high-performing applications.
Prior experience in the EdTech domain will be considered an added advantage, though not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and microservices architecture.
Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices.Integrate applications with MongoDB or MySQL databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Participate in code reviewsand ensure adherence to coding standards.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and leverage them in applicable projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and related frameworks.
Proficiency in working with either MongoDB or MySQL.
Experience with REST APIs and integration of third-party services.
Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Exposure to EdTech platforms or similar domains.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
