About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Software Developer (Backend) with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to join our growing team. You will play a key role in building scalable APIs, optimizing backend systems, and ensuring our applications can handle high traffic efficiently. The role involves working on a microservices architecture deployed on AWS, with PostgreSQL and MySQL as the primary databases.Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Develop microservices-based solutions ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Optimize SQL queries and backend code for performance and efficiency.
• Implement authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve bottlenecks in high-traffic applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA in an Agile environment.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
• Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Web, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, JPA).
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Experience building and maintaining microservices.
• Familiarity with AWS services for cloud deployment and scaling.
• Proven ability to work on high-traffic applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile teams.
• Good communication skills and willingness to mentor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
